“Insoles on another level! Just got the insoles for my daughter who is a club and high school volleyball player. She was skeptical at first but instant results and now tells me she won't play without them. Definitely get her another pair and one for my college daughter as well.”
Jason D.
“At first, I kept seeing ads on Instagram and thought they were complete BS but I kept seeing comments of people liking them so I thought I had to try it. After getting my first pair, I'm extremely impressed — everything they said it would be and more. 10/10 recommend.”
Richard B.
“I put off buying these for over a year. Now I'm glad I did. I switch them between all my shoes. Looks like I'll be buying 2 more pairs so I don't have to keep switching them.”
Michael Y.
“I chuckled when my child put these on his Christmas list for his basketball shoes... and I was surprised at how legit these things are. Most importantly, they're super comfortable. They improved his vertical, and even added an inch or so to his height.”
Merilee A.
“I love this product because it relieves the impact placed on the ground when I run. It preserves my athletic performance for longer, means I spend less time recovering, and I'm able to play longer when needed.”
Stephon M.

Baseplate is 100% aerospace-grade carbon fiber
Baseplate flexibility is customized by age, gender, body weight and sport
Top cover thickness is customized by sport and shoe type
Originally built for USA Bobsled & Skeleton.
15+ years of research and development and a patented design - now worn by pro and college athletes across every major sport.
Top cover — customized by sport
The contact layer under the foot, matched to sport and shoe type. Three thicknesses — 6mm yellow, 4mm black, 2mm red — so it fits everything from loose basketball shoes to tight soccer cleats.
Cushioned comfort & arch support
A responsive cushion layer with arch-agnostic support that fits most foot types. Absorbs impact while the carbon plate below does the load-bearing work.
Full-length carbon fiber baseplate
100% aerospace-grade carbon fiber in 5 levels of flexibility, tuned to body weight and sport. Flexes under load and springs back every step — the same spring at month 6 as day 1.
What makes VKTRY different?
Our patented insoles use aerospace-grade carbon fiber, customized by gender, age, weight, shoe type and sport. VKTRY's mission is simple - protect athletes from injury and help them perform their best.
Compresses. Never returns.
Foam insoles can lose up to 40% of their cushioning in 30 days. Once flat, they stay flat - sending every step straight to your feet.
Flexes. Springs back. Every step.
The carbon plate bends on impact, then snaps back, returning energy to your next step. Same spring at month 6 as day 1.
Every sport loads the foot differently. VKTRY tunes accordingly.
Recommended by sports medicine experts.
The best way to treat an injury is to protect yourself from one. The VK is the best combination of shock absorption while maintaining stability that I have ever seen on the orthotic market — reducing load and dispersing it biomechanically to enhance performance.
The VKTRY Gold Insoles have significantly improved my plantar fasciitis and tendinitis. The energy storage of the carbon fiber adds a noticeable forward spring to my gait and helps me land more evenly with reduced pronation. I feel lighter and faster during track workouts and long-distance training runs.
After an extensive 6-month research study by the Korey Stringer Institute, it is clear that VKTRY Insoles improve lower-body biomechanics, stability of the ankle and knee during running, and shock absorption during landing. VKs can help safeguard athletes by providing injury protection.

Why do I need to enter my sport?
Different shoe types fit differently. For example, soccer shoes fit much more tightly than basketball shoes. We accommodate for these differences by having different foam cushions: yellow is 6mm thick, black is 4mm and red is 2mm. Because of this, it may be difficult for an athlete who plays multiple sports to move their VKs from a loose fitting shoe to a tighter fitting shoe.
How do I know VKTRY Insoles will fit my shoes?
Please ensure your VKTRY Insoles are the correct fit for your shoes. You can measure the existing insoles from toe to heel and match up to our size chart for the perfect fit. If you install your insoles and notice the edges are curling upwards, they are too big--reach out to customer support (info@vktry.com) to facilitate an exchange. VKs that are too big will not provide the proper benefits, in addition they could cause unusual wear to both the insole and/or the shoe.
How are VKTRY Insoles customized for each athlete?
VKTRY Insoles are designed to be highly personalized based not only on shoe size, but also based on sport and body weight. VKs come in 5 levels of flexibility because a bigger athlete generates more ground force than a smaller athlete.
Do VKTRY Insoles come in different widths or arch types?
No, we do not make VKs in different widths or arch types. They have been designed to be arch agnostic and our sizes are very generous in the width. Our VKs fit most foot types and sizes, but if any issues with comfort after trying, please contact us.
If I am on the border of a weight level, should I go up or down?
We usually recommend going down. The weight level is a big factor in determining the VK’s Pro Level (flexibility). While a higher Pro Level may provide more spring, it’s very important that you are able to comfortably flex your feet for the insoles to be effective.
If I sometimes wear a 9.5 shoe size and in other shoes wear a 10, what size VK should I order?
We recommend that you select the shoes you will be wearing your VKs in the most and choose that shoe size when selecting your VK size. Any issues with fit, please contact us and we can arrange an exchange.
What is VKTRY’s warranty policy?
We offer a 90-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your VKs, please email us at info@vktry.com along with your full name and/or order number and what you did not like about the VKs. With international returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping the VKs back to our office. We strive to make all VKTRY customers, happy customers!
Do you offer product exchanges?
Yes, about 5-10% of the time, we may need to alter the size or flexibility of the VKs you ordered. We try our best to ensure you get what you need. Please send us an email at info@vktry.com with your full name and order number along with the issue and we will get back to you with procedures on exchanging your VKs. We offer free exchanges within the USA. However, international customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

What’s Unique About VKTRY Insoles?
VKTRY Insoles feature a patented carbon fiber baseplate, customized based on your sport, gender, age, and weight. The carbon fiber design is engineered to help store the energy you create and then return it to you during push-off — which can help support explosiveness, speed, and vertical movement.
Stock foam insoles, commonly found in many sneakers and cleats, tend to compress under pressure which may result in lost energy. VKTRY’s carbon fiber baseplate is designed to help store and return that energy back to you — which can support energy return, stability, and performance with each step.
Why does VKTRY customize the stiffness of its carbon fiber baseplate?
VKTRY Insoles are designed with a carbon fiber baseplate that is customized based on an athlete’s height, weight, and sport. This customization helps match the stiffness of the insole to the athlete’s typical energy output. A stiffer baseplate is selected for athletes who generate higher force—such as those in high-impact sports or with greater body mass—while a more flexible baseplate is used for athletes with lower force output. This design is intended to help with energy return and responsiveness during explosive movements, such as sprinting and jumping.
What do we mean when we say VKTRY Insoles can “return energy”?
When you run or jump, your foot naturally generates energy with each step. VKTRY Insoles are designed with a carbon fiber baseplate that can store some of that energy during foot strike and release it during push-off. This energy return mechanism is intended to support more efficient movement, which may help athletes during explosive actions like sprinting and jumping.
Can VKTRY Insoles support explosive movements, such as sprinting and jumping?
VKTRY Insoles are designed with a carbon fiber baseplate intended to store and return energy with each step. This energy return mechanism is engineered to support efficient movement and force transfer, which may help athletes during dynamic actions such as sprinting, jumping, and quick directional changes. While every athlete is different, the insoles are crafted to support explosive performance by enhancing responsiveness and stability.
Are VKTRY Insoles comfortable despite the stiff carbon fiber baseplate?
Yes, VKTRY Insoles are designed with comfort in mind. Each insole consists of three carefully engineered layers that are intended to work together to help balance performance and comfort. The bottom layer is a carbon fiber baseplate, which provides the stiffness intended to help support energy return. The top layer is made of high-density closed-cell foam for breathability and durability. Sandwiched between these layers is a low-density closed-cell foam layer that offers flexibility and a soft, cushioned feel.
This multi-layer structure is meant to provide a balance of support, responsiveness, and comfort during long practices, games, or high-impact activity.
Are VKTRY Insoles Permitted in Sports?
Yes, VKTRY Insoles are permitted in competitive sports. They are designed to help store and return energy already generated by the athlete, without introducing any external energy source. VKTRY Insoles have been worn by athletes at the highest levels, including professional and collegiate sports.
Note: It’s always a good idea to check with your sport’s governing body for any sport-specific equipment regulations.
Can VKTRY Insoles help with traction and grip in cleats?
Yes, VKTRY Insoles are designed to help stabilize your foot inside the cleat, which can support a stronger connection with the ground. By limiting unnecessary movement underfoot, this added stability may help with traction and grip during sprints, cuts, and directional changes.
Can VKTRY Insoles provide arch support?
VKTRY Insoles are built with a contoured shape intended to support the arch of the foot. The combination of carbon fiber structure and foam layers is designed to provide firm yet responsive support throughout the midfoot.
Can VKTRY Insoles help with fatigue from standing or training for long periods?
VKTRY Insoles are designed with layered cushioning and a responsive carbon fiber baseplate intended to support comfort during extended wear. This structure may help athletes feel more supported during long training sessions, practices, or competitions.
Can VKTRY Insoles help with ankle stability and control?
VKTRY Insoles are designed to help stabilize the foot within the shoe, which may contribute to a more controlled feel during lateral movements or directional changes. The structured baseplate and locked-in fit are intended to support overall foot alignment, which may influence how stable an athlete feels during play.
Can VKTRY Insoles offer support athletes with flat feet or high arches?
VKTRY Insoles are designed with a structured base that may help support athletes across a wide range of foot types, including those with flat feet or high arches. The insoles are customized based on your height, weight, and sport, which allows for different stiffness levels that can complement different support needs. While individual comfort can vary, the goal is to provide a stable, responsive foundation no matter your foot shape.
How do I know if my VKTRY Insoles fit properly?
Please ensure your VKTRY Insoles are the correct fit for your shoes. You can measure the existing insoles from toe to heel and match up to our size chart for the perfect fit. If you install your insoles and notice the edges are curling upwards, they are too big--reach out to customer support (info@vktry.com) to facilitate an exchange. VKs that are too big will not provide the proper benefits, in addition they could cause unusual wear to both the insole and/or the shoe.
Can I transfer the VKs from one pair of shoes to another?
Yes, if they are the same shoe type. In other words, if you bought VKs for a cleated shoe, it's ok to move them to another cleated shoe. If you bought for a non-cleated shoe (eg-basketball), not a good idea to try to fit them into a soccer cleat. If you are moving the VKs, try to take them out by slipping your fingers under the carbon fiber plate - and not by pulling up on the foam, which can damage the VK.
What if I cannot remove the insoles that came inside the shoes?
If they are sewn into the shoes or glued down tight and you do not want to risk ruining the foam insoles from the factory, then stop. You can contact us and there is a chance that we can exchange your current pair of VKs for a thinner pair that may fit better.
We suggest you click here to read our blog on how to remove insoles from shoes.
What if my insoles are glued inside the shoe?
Most insoles do come out. If they do are not easily removable, they are likely glued down. In most cases you can remove them by doing the following:
1. Carefully put your fingers underneath the insole, toward the heel / side is usually easiest.
2. Without ripping the insole, wiggle your fingers towards the front of the foot.
3. As you work your way up, gradually & gently pull your fingers up. You should begin to feel the insole start to come up. Repeat this process as many times necessary until the insole can be pulled out of the shoe in one piece.
See THIS PAGE for a more in depth step by step instruction on removing insoles from sneakers, cleats & spikes.
Do I need to remove the insoles that came with my shoes?
Yes, to have the space needed for the VKs and your feet to fit comfortably inside your shoes, we recommend you remove the factory insoles from the shoes.

How do I clean my VKs?
If your VKTRY Insoles get dirty, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry. Do not use harsh chemicals or soak the VKs. Do not put them in a clothes washing machine or dryer.

How long do VKTRY Insoles last?
That depends on a number of factors such as how well you care for them and the type of training you do. Moving your VKs between shoes can lead to separation of the top and bottom - something you can avoid by buying an extra pair. Instead of a time frame, we prefer to advise customers to look for any damage such as wear and tear of the top cover. If you observe any cracking of the carbon fiber base plate, the insoles have exceeded their life span and should not be worn. Replacing your insoles each season will provide optimal results.
Can I wear my VKs all day long?
Yes, you can. VKs were designed for athletes to be worn for practice and competition. But some people wear their VKs comfortably all day and appreciate the bounce and shock absorption they feel.
Am I supposed to trim the insoles to get them to fit in the shoes?
No, please do NOT attempt to trim the VKTRY Insoles. Carbon fiber is not meant to be trimmed. Our products are designed to fit by shoe size with no alterations. Any problems with fit, please contact us at info@vktry.com
