Yes, if they are the same shoe type. In other words, if you bought VKs for a cleated shoe, it's ok to move them to another cleated shoe. If you bought for a non-cleated shoe (eg-basketball), not a good idea to try to fit them into a soccer cleat. If you are moving the VKs, try to take them out by slipping your fingers under the carbon fiber plate - and not by pulling up on the foam, which can damage the VK.

If they are sewn into the shoes or glued down tight and you do not want to risk ruining the foam insoles from the factory, then stop. You can contact us and there is a chance that we can exchange your current pair of VKs for a thinner pair that may fit better.

Most insoles do come out. If they do are not easily removable, they are likely glued down. In most cases you can remove them by doing the following:

1. Carefully put your fingers underneath the insole, toward the heel / side is usually easiest.

2. Without ripping the insole, wiggle your fingers towards the front of the foot.

3. As you work your way up, gradually & gently pull your fingers up. You should begin to feel the insole start to come up. Repeat this process as many times necessary until the insole can be pulled out of the shoe in one piece.

Moving your VKs between shoes can lead to separation of the top and bottom - something you can avoid by buying an extra pair. Instead of a time frame, we prefer to advise customers to look for any damage such as wear and tear of the top cover. If you observe any cracking of the carbon fiber base plate, the insoles have exceeded their life span and should not be worn. Replacing your insoles each season will provide optimal results.
