My orthopedic foot surgeon had good news to get me back into triathlon competition: she prescribed medication for arthritis in my feet and to get new orthotics. There is only one thing harder to find than a great pair of orthotics and that is a comfortable saddle. Custom orthotics are also terribly expensive (my last 2 sets were over $400 each). My VKTRY's felt comfortable from the first time I slid them into my shoes. I wear them in my running shoes, cycling shoes, and swim fins (just kidding). It normally takes me several weeks to become comfortable and blister-free with new orthotics. The very first time I ran in them, they felt great and no blisters! And that was a 10k.
