Most insoles do come out. If they do are not easily removable, they are likely glued down. In most cases you can remove them by doing the following:
1. Carefully put your fingers underneath the insole, toward the heel / side is usually easiest.
2. Without ripping the insole, wiggle your fingers towards the front of the foot.
3. As you work your way up, gradually & gently pull your fingers up. You should begin to feel the insole start to come up. Repeat this process as many times necessary until the insole can be pulled out of the shoe in one piece.
