If a customer returns part of an order that was part of a “buy more, save more” or “bundle” promotion, the refund will be adjusted to match the correct promotional pricing. For example, if a customer bought 2 insoles to receive a $44 discount, but then returns 1 pair, the refund will be adjusted to match the pricing for 1 insole.
If you or your child has recently bought a new pair of shoes or cleats and discovered that the VKs don't fit properly, you have the option to make use of our return policy within 120 days of the purchase date. We encourage customers to regularly inspect their insoles, replacing them if they notice wear and tear on the top cover or any cracking of the carbon fiber base plate. Many users choose to inspect their insoles at the conclusion of their season, when purchasing new shoes, or every 4-6 months.
