I find the product great. I bought silver insoles for walking/hiking - I run in them now too. They provide a good firmness between the foot and boot in my case. I’m very into barefoot movement and feeling when I walk, I don’t feel like they add an additional barrier in that sense. So impressed I now have 4 pairs I rotate through footwear, mostly Moab boots, but timberlands and nikes too. I noticed a degradation in foot health switching to a worn pair of boots for a week without them, then adding them to the same boots the following week and seeing an improvement - they’re good stuff.

Been using these for about 200 miles with my hiking boots and they give the support, have reduced some of my foot fatigue when hiking, and they are very durable. They look almost brand new after a good amount of use! I cannot say that about other insoles I have used over the years. The durability alone justifies the expense. Immediately bought a second pair after the first 100 miles and they were so good.

I am not an athlete. I found this company because my physical therapist recommended them related to severe plantar fasciitis resulting from a hiking injury I incurred many years ago. I was skeptical because the product seemed like it was for athletes only. I contacted customer service and they were extraordinarily helpful and set me up immediately with the product I needed. Now having used it for multiple months my pain has improved significantly. I wear my insoles everyday and can work my 12 hour nursing shifts with far less pain. I am not a competitive athlete anymore. I am an old guy who used to be one, who bears all the scars and damage from many decades of grinding it out on ballfields and basketball courts. After my last round of metatarsal strains and turf toe, I bought gold insoles from VKYRY and they are life-changing. I received my VKTRY insoles as a gift from my son. After suffering a calcaneus fracture that required a plate and 20 screws and then developing subtalar arthritis, I was in pain everyday. I walked with a limp and at times, could not even tolerate the pain when walking. My son researched your insoles and decided to buy them as a Christmas present for me. They were a game changer. Absolutely LOVE them. My pain is drastically reduced when walking and I hardly have a limp at all. I highly recommend them to anyone suffering from any type of ankle/foot injuries/problems. They are pricey but so far, they are worth it.

Soles are great! My feet are much less tired after a days worth of walking. I plan on buying a second pair so I won’t need to interchange between two pairs of sneakers.

I am not an athlete, nor the mother of an athlete, but a very active 75 year old woman who has severe mid foot arthritis. These were recommended to me by an orthopedist as an alternative to surgery and I have to say they have been transformative. Whereas before I literally could not sleep because of pain whether I was active or not, I can now sleep after walking or hiking with minimal discomfort. It has been a huge relief and I can only hope the effect lasts.

I bought two pairs of these insoles; one for me and one for my daughter. My daughter has a noted improvement in speed and explosiveness as expected. I bought a pair for myself, now in my late forties, to help regain some of my step back as mobility has always been a big part of my identity. I have a lot of hard, high miles on me and have had a lot of weight on my back during much of those miles. My knees, ankles, and lower back started showing some wear and tear due largely to fallen arches. I started using these things and they have absolutely changed my life. They've definitely put the spring back in my step. It all makes perfect sense. They've significantly reduced the impact on my body from running, hiking, or just everyday living. It's like putting new suspension in an old hot rod. When I received them, I placed them in whatever boot or shoe I was wearing and left them in all the time. The acclamation was a little tough cause your feet will hurt while getting used to them but after a couple weeks, all pain ceased and I'm a new man light on my feet again. No pain no gain.
