Are VKs legal in USAU and WFDF ultimate competition?

Yes. Neither USA Ultimate (USAU) nor the World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) restricts orthotic insoles of any material. VKTRY Insoles are permitted at all levels of ultimate frisbee competition.
