I LOVE THEM... I have performed better on the badminton court. Response time and reflexes are quicker. However, please be sure to follow instructions as recommended in the package. They have to be broken in first before you can make full use of its benefits.

I was hesitant to purchase this product, given the price and some of the hype. What would there customer support be like? I asked, could it really be that good? It is. I'm 38 and coach junior provincial and national kids in badminton . I spend hours on my feet and then I want to play. With numerous ankle injuries at that point in a day my feet wouldn't have it in them. First time I played with these insoles after coaching I was humbled. They are awesome. They aren't magic, but they do give that very noticeable extra dampening and spring. I was surprised at the nimbleness of my footwork. And to top it off the customer service is on point. An email and question, answered within 12hr. Love these.

I've spent thousands of dollars on sports insoles over the years but most didn't live up to their marketing claims. After reading the return policy, I felt secure investing in a pair of Gold VK insoles to see if the technology was as exceptional as claimed. Well, I am obsessed with how amazing these insoles perform. I picked up my first pair less than two months ago, and now I own four pairs. I have them in two pairs of cross-trainers (No Bull), my running shoes (Asics), and my hiking boots (Salomon Quest). I realize these insoles are pricey, but they're totally worth it and outperform custom orthotics I’ve purchased for far more $$$ in the past. Give them a try, I know you’ll be satisfied!

Squash / Platform Tennis player. Bought the silver version and used on both courts. I’m no pro athlete, or even in that good of shape, but I felt a huge difference in explosiveness. Then I bought the gold version and put them in my squash shoes - even better than the silvers. I feel like I have half a step on the court and am getting to balls I never imagined possible
