My son has been dealing with patella tendonitis this football season limiting his speed and agility. PT visits had recommended buying insoles which yielded no difference in performance and support. However, after having my son put these into his cleats at halftime of his game yesterday. I watched a massive difference in speed and agility at kickoff coming out of halftime.
