Refund policy

VKTRY GEAR'S SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

Different shoe brands can fit slightly differently. We do our best to match your needs (shoe size and VKTRY Insole flexibility). If your VKs fit poorly or (after the break-in period) are in anyway uncomfortable, please contact us. We would be glad to replace your VKs with a more suitable product.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return your pair of VKTRY Insoles within 90 days of purchase. We will gladly replace the product or refund your payment. Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization and then return your VKs to the following address:

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Due to the limitations imposed by our shipping providers we are unable to send return labels for international returns. All international customers are responsible for the cost of postage to return and or exchange their orders back to our facility.

Because of the many and varied circumstances and extreme conditions under which VKTRY Gear's products are used, and because VKTRY Gear has no control over actual use, VKTRY Gear makes no warranties which extend beyond the express provisions herein.

The VKTRY Gear's warranty applies to products and components only manufactured by VKTRY Gear. The warranty is valid if the products are properly installed and maintained, and if the product has not been modified or tampered with.

The warranty as set forth in these terms and conditions may not be assigned, transferred, sold, or alienated in any other way and extends only to the original purchaser.

In no event shall VKTRY Gear be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of use, damages for lost profits, and damages for resulting harm to property other than the VKTRY Gear assemblies and their component parts.
