Yes, about 5-10% of the time, we may need to alter the size or flexibility of the VKs you ordered. We try our best to ensure you get what you need. Please send us an email at info@vktrygear.com with your full name and order number along with the issue and we will get back to you with procedures on exchanging your VKs. We offer free exchanges within the USA. However, international customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
