How do I know my size?

We are constantly checking sizing based on the major shoe manufacturers. Our ordering process asks you to select the size of the shoe you plan to be wearing them in along with the sport. This helps us determine the length and shape of your insole! For a more specific fit, you can measure your existing insole from toe to heel and match it to the size chart in the ordering screen! If you have ANY issues with fit we have an all-human customer support team to assist you with easy returns and exchanges!

What sports are they for?

VKTRY Gold Insoles can fit into nearly any sport shoe! If your sport isn’t listed, choose the sport with the most comparable shoe. VKTRY Silver Insoles can fit into most traditional sneakers for the sports listed, we do not recommend Silver for cleated sport shoes. If your sport has propulsion type movements, ground force reaction, or requires support and stability then VKTRY will provide some amazing benefits!
