Why do I need to enter my sport?

Different shoe types fit differently. For example, soccer shoes fit much more tightly than basketball shoes. We accommodate for these differences by having different foam cushions: yellow is 7mm thick, black is 5mm and red is 3mm. Because of this, it may be difficult for an athlete who plays multiple sports to move their VKs from a loose fitting shoe to a tighter fitting shoe.

How do I know VKTRY Insoles will fit my shoes?

VKTRY Insoles fit true to size. If you are a size 9 shoe, order a size 9/9.5 insole. VKTRY takes into account that some sports shoes fit more tightly (cleats, spikes). That's why we also ask for the sport you are playing. If any problems with fit once you receive your VKs, simply contact us and we will arrange for a free exchange. We get the size right about 98% of the time!

How are VKTRY Insoles customized for each athlete?

VKTRY Insoles are designed to be highly personalized based not only on shoe size, but also based on sport and body weight. VKs come in 5 levels of flexibility because a bigger athlete generates more ground force than a smaller athlete.

Do VKTRY Insoles come in different widths or arch types?

No, we do not make VKs in different widths or arch types. They have been designed to be arch agnostic and our sizes are very generous in the width. Our VKs fit most foot types and sizes, but if any issues with comfort after trying, please contact us.

If I am on the border of a weight level, should I go up or down?

We usually recommend going down. The weight level is a big factor in determining the VK’s Pro Level (flexibility). While a higher Pro Level may provide more spring, it’s very important that you are able to comfortably flex your feet for the insoles to be effective.

If I sometimes wear a 9.5 shoe size and in other shoes wear a 10, what size VK should I order?

We recommend that you select the shoes you will be wearing your VKs in the most and choose that shoe size when selecting your VK size. Any issues with fit, please contact us and we can arrange an exchange.

What is VKTRY’s warranty policy?

If you are not satisfied with your VKs, please email us at info@vktry.com along with your full name and/or order number and what you did not like about the VKs. With international returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping the VKs back to our office. We strive to make all VKTRY customers, happy customers!

Do you offer product exchanges?

Yes, about 5-10% of the time, we may need to alter the size or flexibility of the VKs you ordered. We try our best to ensure you get what you need.
