- Ensure your old insole is removed - while sometimes it can be difficult to remove the factory foam insoles, almost all insoles do indeed come out.

 

- Ensure that VKTRY Insoles fit properly into your sneakers - meaning there's no space in between the insole and the sneaker but also no major compression of the top foam in order to fit.

 

- Ensure proper break-in procedure is followed - 3 - 5 light 30 minute training sessions on or off the court until there's no discomfort.

 

- Energy return with every step. The added energy return is what makes VKs proven to help you jump higher. It may take a bit to get used to, but if you're not certain that you're feeling it anymore, go back to a sneaker with original foam insoles. You should notice the lack of energy you're getting with every step :)

- Better stability & support: your foot should feel more supported & secure. Pressure underneath the arch can be unusual at first if you haven't tried insoles or orthotics before, but in the long-run, better support helps protect against many common foot & lower-leg injuries!
