If you bought for a non-cleated shoe (eg-basketball), not a good idea to try to fit them into a soccer cleat. If you are moving the VKs, try to take them out by slipping your fingers under the carbon fiber plate - and not by pulling up on the foam, which can damage the VK.
If they are sewn into the shoes or glued down tight and you do not want to risk ruining the foam insoles from the factory, then stop. You can contact us and there is a chance that we can exchange your current pair of VKs for a thinner pair that may fit better.

If your VKTRY Insoles get dirty, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry. Do not use harsh chemicals or soak the VKs. Do not put them in a clothes washing machine or dryer.
